Yes We Will
Now that Barack Obama is President, everything is going to change on January 20th right, uhhh, no. I am so happy that Barack was elected, and I think that he can make good changes to our country, but its going to take a lot of time. Even if congress passes a new bunch of laws and new plans, and Barack signes them, they could take a year or more to go into effect. Also, Barack has a lot on his hands- Economy, Irag, Global Warming, Health Care...., the list goes on and on. He is going to make little changes at first, and the bigger things will start to take effect in a couple of years. So Americans, sit on your couch, watch American Idol, and be patient

I think Obama put too much emphasis on change during his campaign. As you have said, when nothing changes in a year Barack's ratings will plummet and people will realize change can only happen so quickly.
I agree. With Obama president, there will be new laws, acts, regulations, and policies passed, but it will take a little bit for them to go into action. I think we all just need to wait for a while. Change will happen, but not instantly.
Nice blog hermano : )
Jer Bear,
Thoughtful post, but I think you can take this farther with specific examples or perhaps comparisons. Also, keep up with blogs regularly.
